Wine Club Frequently Asked Questions

Can I choose my own wines?

Yes, select the Choose Your Own pack, your frequency of delivery and then select from the list of wines. The vintage sent will be the current vintage available at the date of shipping.

Can I change my wines for Choose Your Own pack?

Yes, you can change your wine selection at any time. Please email us with the wines you would like and we can change them for you.  

What discounts are available?

Discounts are based on the amount of bottles and/or frequency of delivery.

  • Receive 6 bottles every 12 months – 5% Discount on wine club wines as well as all other wine purchases.
  • Receive 6 bottles every 6 months – 10% Discount on wine club wines as well as all other wine purchases.
  • Receive 6 bottles every 3 months – 15% Discount on wine club wines as well as all other wine purchases.
  • Receive 12 bottles every year – 10% Discount on wine club wines as well as all other wine purchases.
  • Receive 12 bottles every 6 months – 15% Discount on wine club wines as well as all other wine purchases.
  • Receive 12 bottles every 3 months – 20% Discount on wine club wines as well as all other wine purchases.

How do I receive my discount on purchases other than wine club?

For online purchases, make sure you log into your account. You can access your account by clicking here. Once logged in you will receive the discount based on your bottle amount/frequency of delivery.

For purchases at the cellar door, please let us know that you are a club member and we will give the applicable discount.

Please note discounts do not apply if there is already a sale price applicable to the purchase.

Can I update my own details?

Yes, you can manage the following in your My-Account/Wine Club page.

  • Billing and Shipping Details
  • Payment Details including updating expired Credit Cards
  • Switch between packs and/or frequency of delivery by cancelling subscription and entering new subscription,
  • View Orders and Invoices

Click here to access your account if you already have created one. If not, go through the signup process and upon checking out you will create an account with a password.

Can I change the frequency of delivery?

Yes, navigate to your  Subscriptions page from My Account, cancel existing subscription and then enter a new subscription on the Wine Club page. 

If I upgrade my frequency of delivery will I get a better discount on my purchases?

Yes. You will receive discounts based on the discounts available above.

If I downgrade my frequency of delivery will I lose my ongoing discount from my previous delivery schedule?

Yes. Your discounts are based on your bottle amount/delivery schedule.

When will the wine be delivered?

The wine will be delivered during the month referred to in the delivery schedule, we can not guarantee it will arrive by a particular date in that month.

How do I terminate my membership?

Membership can be terminated at any time by navigating to the My Account  here  and cancelling the Subscription.

Are my Credit Card details stored on the site?

No. We use Stripe payment gateway as well as a SSL certificate to protect your privacy. To read more about our payment gateway and the way it handles your credit card details read here.

I have forgotten my password how do I retrieve it?
