Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your wine is damaged or incorrect on delivery, please contact us at orders@fistonichfamilyvineyards.com as soon as possible, including your order number and photos of the issue where applicable.
If your claim is approved, Stonecroft will arrange collection of the affected goods and either send a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.
