2025 was a great vintage, with a warm spring leading to perfect flowering and fruit set. A cool period in early January slowed things down and produced fruit of exceptional quality.
Classic, perfumed aromas of rose petal, lychee and Turkish delight. A slight sweetness starts the palate as flavours of citrus and jasmine flow towards a chalky texture. A beautiful, delicate wine with a soft, fresh finish.
