Tina Gellie describes the 2023 Gimblett Gravels vintage as “a terroir triumph” - a season that tested the region, with Cyclone Gabrielle and extreme rainfall, and one that ultimately came down to the resilience of vineyard teams and the strength of these soils.

We’re proud to see our flagship wine, the Reserve Syrah (from our Mere Rd Vineyard) included in the Annual Vintage Selection, with wines grown on the Gimblett Gravels - a site shaped by free-draining alluvial soils that continue to deliver character, structure and depth, even in the toughest conditions.
