90 points/ 4.5 stars. An elegant rendition; the complex bouquet shows spiced plum, stewed strawberry, thyme, violet and nutmeg characters with hints of game and anise. It is refined and succulent on the palate, delivering sweet fruit notes together with rich savoury nuances, backed by fine, chalky tannins, leading to a lengthy sturdy finish. At its best: now to 2021. Certified organic. Dec 2018.
