This is an easy drinking Rosé, which is light and refreshing but has enough interest to also work as a food wine, perfect with lunch.
Colour: Pale pink.
Aromatics: A delicate, fruity bouquet with sweet raspberry, cranberry and a hint of candy.
Palate: Red fruit flavours of redcurrant and raspberry are complimented by a touch of spice and savoury notes. The wine was aged on its light lees for four months, adding to the complexity of the wine. The fruit is from our Fernhill Vineyard.
Region: Gimblett Gravels Wine Growing District®, Hawke’s Bay.
Harvest: Hand harvested.
Vinification: Crushed and de-stemmed with short period of skin contact, then fermented in stainless steel followed by 4 months lees ageing.

Analysis: Alc 12% vol. 5g/l residual sugar.
